DISPOSAL OF COMPUTER EQUIPMENT:

Today more than ever, increased legislation creates issues which require professional solutions for the disposal of redundant IT equipment.

DPS offers an excellent solution to dispose of surplus, redundant IT equipment.

DPS are aware that this issue can create problems for IT departments that need to dispose of the equipment to re-gain valuable office / warehouse space.

 

STAGE 1

Customer to provide full asset list of redundant equipment for disposal.

On receipt of the equipment every item is entered and individually recorded on our audit software. Serial and asset numbers are recorded at this stage.

STAGE 2

Both parties to agree asset list and provide waste transfer note and all necessary legal documentation ready for disposal.

STAGE 3

Arrange suitable transport and packaging for collection of the redundant equipment.

Collection date and time can be arranged to suit including weekends and out of office hours for security purposes.

STAGE 4

All items to be data cleansed, electrically tested and separated for disposal or re-distribution. All goods will be stored at our secure warehousing facilities.
