PC Maintenance

Our qualified technicians can maintain and repair most PC's, printers and peripherals, but should on-site repairs not be possible, DPS will provide FREE loan equipment to ensure business continuity.

PC Maintenance offers full-service computer support for IBM, Apple, Gateway, Hewlett Packard, Epson, Dell, and most clone computers. Our technicians are able to assist customers with computer repairs, upgrades, and any questions concerning personal computers.

Email Support

DPS can provide on-site support as well as online assistance with global email setup and security.

 

Software Support

Full software support is provided and on-site technicians are trained to cover leading applications that include all Microsoft products. Remote support is also available for growing businesses that require infrastructure monitoring.

 

Flexible Payment Terms

All contracts can be paid for monthly, quarterly or 30 days net invoice.

 

Option 1

Fully comprehensive agreement, i.e all parts, labour, travelling expenses.

Option 2

Basic agreement, i.e fixed labour rate and travel expenses

Option 3

Add Hoc Agreement, i.e fixed labour rate for duration of the contract.

 

 

System Health Checks

Annual health check on your computer system to validate up-to-date licencing and compatable software packages.

System Audits

Audit services are designed to complete a full inventory of all computers and software currently in use at your location, and to determine if the hardware and software are compatible and working efficiently.

DPS will identify the hardware and software configuration of each machine, carry out diagnostics to verify correct installation, check backup services if installed, perform a training needs analysis of each operator, analyse your data storage capacity, and check for correct virus protection.

Internet Security

Even if your network is not directly connected to the Internet, there are many security issues to consider.
